Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Operations Program Manager to join a fast-paced Business Planning team within a Cloud Marketing organization. This role will contribute to owning the end-to-end execution of Azure Infrastructure launches, partnering with Engineering, Business Planning, Operations, and Commerce teams to bring products and pricing to market on time and with high quality. They will also contribute to continuous improvement of the process. This role manages launch intake, triage, scope validation, execution tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination across the launch lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume, cross-functional environments, brings a continuous improvement mindset, and can independently manage complex launch lifecycles from intake through final delivery with minimal oversight. Job Responsibilities: Manage launch requests from intake through final delivery, ensuring all milestones, dependencies, and quality gates are met on time. Coordinate across Engineering, Business Planning, Operations, and Commerce teams to resolve blockers and drive execution. Validate launch scope, business requirements, and operational readiness prior to submission. Validate launch data accuracy and completeness through structured quality gates before handoff to execution teams. Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall launch health to ensure successful delivery. Review and manage a portfolio of active launches, following up on blockers and missing dependencies. Prepare and maintain launch execution artifacts including tracking tools, status reports, and operational records. Perform quality checks and validate launch data to minimize execution errors and rework. Query launch databases to verify product stance, meter states, and data accuracy against submitted request details. Support governance processes including exception handling, escalations, and operational compliance reviews. Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, documentation, tooling, and automation to increase team efficiency and scalability. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Launch Operations, Product Operations, Pricing Operations, Supply Chain Operations, or similar operational roles. 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting product launches, operational readiness, release management, service onboarding, or commerce operations. 5+ years of demonstrated proficiency with data analysis and process tooling including Excel, reporting systems, workflow tools, and operational tracking dashboards. Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional operational processes with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines. Experience translating business intent into operational execution and independently owning launch requests from validation through submission. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred. Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to drive execution across teams without direct authority. Self-sufficient executor capable of owning tasks end-to-end with minimal direction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and status clearly to stakeholders. Comfortable managing ambiguity and incomplete information in a fast-moving operational environment. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across a high-volume workload.
