Project Manager

Duties Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or HeavyBid. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless communication and workflow. Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines. Manage procurement processes by preparing estimates with construction estimating tools and overseeing material orders. Conduct site visits to review safety protocols, quality standards, and progress; utilize Civil 3D for site layout assessments. Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, change orders, and compliance records throughout the project lifecycle. Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for various construction disciplines. Experience with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid or similar tools. Skilled in using construction management platforms like ProCore or Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration. Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 for scheduling complex projects efficiently. Familiarity with Civil 3D for civil engineering design coordination. Ability to read and understand schematics related to electrical, mechanical, or structural systems. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Construction experience across multiple disciplines with a solid understanding of construction processes and safety standards.
