Role Description The Project Manager - Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Edwards, CO or Hendersonville, NC. This role is responsible for managing architectural projects from concept through construction, including coordinating design development, overseeing documentation, and ensuring alignment with client objectives, codes, and standards. Day-to-day tasks include leading project schedules and workflows, directing internal and external team members, reviewing drawings and specifications, and monitoring construction progress to maintain quality, budget, and timelines. The Project Manager - Architect will collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and clients, handle permitting and regulatory processes, and support timely resolution of design and construction issues. The role also involves regular site visits, inspections, and communication to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track. Qualifications Must have advanced skills in Revit Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and oversight of architectural projects Expeditor and Expediting experience to manage permitting, approvals, and documentation efficiently Inspection skills to review construction work for quality, compliance, and adherence to design intent Logistics Management capabilities to coordinate materials, schedules, and stakeholder communication Professional degree in Architecture or a related field; architectural licensure or progress toward licensure preferred Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and contract administration Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects Experience in residential, commercial, or resort projects is beneficial Ability to work on-site in Edwards, CO or Hendersonville, NC and conduct regular field visits Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Work Location: In person
