Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all phases adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and budget constraints. Your leadership will drive collaboration among teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project milestones efficiently. Duties Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment. Monitor project progress regularly through site visits and digital tools like ProCore and Bluebeam; adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Manage procurement processes by estimating costs accurately and preparing construction estimates with precision. Oversee safety compliance on-site, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices for a secure work environment. Utilize civil engineering software like Civil 3D for site planning and layout; manage project schedules effectively using Primavera P6. Track project performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects. Proficiency in construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid; experience with project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, and Civil 3D. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, subcontractors, and client relationships effectively.
