Project Manager
RAM CansCompensation Structure: Salary based on experience Commission on all self-generated and secured projects Each large project will pay a bonus based on performance Opportunity for income growth based on performance Company vehicle provided (must have valid license) Overview RAM Contracting LLC is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and hands-on Project Manager to oversee commercial construction, electrical, and facility maintenance projects from start to completion. This role requires strong leadership in the field, operational coordination, client communication, and material procurement. In addition to managing projects, this position includes a business development component. The Project Manager will actively seek and secure new clients and projects. Once onboarded and trained, the individual will earn commissions on all projects they originate, in addition to their bonus compensation on existing jobs and their base salary. This is a leadership role with direct impact on company growth, project profitability, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Supervise field crews across multiple job sites to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Mobilize crews each morning, ensuring they have proper direction, materials, tools, and documentation Monitor job progress, productivity, quality control, and timelines Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures Perform site visits and inspections throughout project lifecycle Order, track, and manage materials required for ongoing and upcoming projects Prepare material takeoffs and assist with project estimating and quoting Pick up materials from suppliers when necessary to prevent project delays Coordinate equipment usage, truck assignments, and tool availability Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and fleet organization Maintain job documentation including photos, reports, and progress updates Attend client meetings, site walks, and project coordination meetings Serve as the primary point of contact between RAM Contracting, clients, and subcontractors Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, vendors, and clients Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong working relationships Identify and pursue new project opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach Meet with potential clients to assess project needs and provide solutions Assist in preparing estimates, proposals, and project scopes Convert leads into secured projects Earn commission on all projects personally originated and sold Qualifications Experience in construction project management, electrical contracting, or commercial construction Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to read plans, scopes, and construction documents Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and project workflows Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and client-facing skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work both in the field and in an office setting Experience in commercial construction, electrical, or facility maintenance Experience with estimating, material takeoffs, and quoting Sales or business development experience Existing industry relationships and contacts OSHA knowledge or certification Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s): Are you willing to travel up to 1.5 hours away from our office for jobs?
