Role Description: The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, overseeing exterior construction projects from planning through completion. This role manages schedules, budgets, and resources; coordinates with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews to ensure timely delivery of scopes such as siding, roofing, gutters, and framing. Daily responsibilities include tracking project progress, addressing field issues, reviewing change orders, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will handle material ordering and logistics, verify inspections and compliance with building codes, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. This position also involves regular site walks, proactive communication with stakeholders, and continuous improvement of processes to support efficient project execution. Qualifications : Candidates should possess skills in project management, including planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should possess skills in expeditor and expediting functions, such as managing permits, approvals, and documentation to keep projects moving efficiently. Candidates should possess skills in inspection, with the ability to verify workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes and specifications. Candidates should possess skills in logistics management, including material procurement, delivery coordination, and inventory tracking for multiple job sites. Experience in exterior construction (siding, roofing, gutters, framing, or similar trades) is strongly preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with project management software, spreadsheets, and digital documentation tools. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or construction management education is beneficial. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and scopes of work, and to collaborate effectively with field teams and general contractors.
