Our projects range from custom piping systems and structural steel fabrication to ASME Section VIII Div. 1 pressure vessels. We're seeking a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from purchase order through final delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of custom fabrication projects while partnering with an experienced internal team that includes dedicated design, procurement, and production support. This is a position that can consistently control and execute complex fabrication projects and have a substantial influence on company processes and growth. What You'll Do As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of multiple fabrication and EPC projects simultaneously, serving as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating engineering, procurement, production, quality, and subcontractor activities. Responsibilities Manage projects from PO receipt through fabrication, delivery, and project closeout. Own project scope, budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders. Proactively identify project risks and drive solutions before they become problems. Lead project kickoff meetings and project reviews. Monitor engineering, design, procurement, and production progress. Review fabrication and construction drawings for project execution. Manage project schedules and coordinate internal resources. Track costs, monitor budgets, and support project forecasting. Price and manage change orders. Coordinate inspections, quality requirements, and documentation packages. Work directly with customer inspectors, Authorized Inspectors, and third-party agencies as required. Manage subcontractors and field installation projects as needed. Experience 2+ years of project management experience. Proven ability to take initiative and solve problems independently. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to read and understand fabrication, construction, and engineering drawings. Strong customer-facing skills and professionalism. Can work comfortably with Microsoft Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, industrial construction, or EPC environments. Piping systems Structural steel fabrication (AWS D1.1) ASME pressure vessels (Section VIII Div. 1 and Div. 2) Familiarity with welding and fabrication processes. Understanding of P&IDs and electrical one-line diagrams. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and change orders. Knowledge of ASME documentation packages. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field. PMP, CWI, PE, NACE, or other industry certifications.
