Maintain effective working relationships with the client, Indigenous partners, community stakeholders, regulators, subcontractors, and internal support teams. Work collaboratively with Indigenous partners to support meaningful participation, respectful engagement, local employment, training, and capacity development commitments. Develop, mentor, and train employees and subcontractors, including cross-training, competency development, and knowledge transfer. Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, procurement coordination, scheduling, risk management, and change management. Ensure accurate and timely operational, safety, environmental, financial, and client reporting, with strong document control and confidentiality practices. Coordinate emergency response, incident management, business continuity, and recovery activities as required.
