Our work spans some of the most recognized industry events — AUSA, SOF Week, Modern Day Marine, GeoWeek, Verticon, Satellite Show, and ConExpo — supporting defense, aerospace, and technology brands in showcasing their stories on the world stage. With 25 U.S. projects in the pipeline in 2027 , we’re expanding our stateside operations and looking for a Project Manager to help bring these builds to life. The Role We’re hiring a Project Manager who truly understands how the U.S. trade show ecosystem works — from show services and logistics to pre-site planning and on-floor execution. This is a remote role . You’ll lead projects from the moment a contract is signed to the moment the booth lights up on the show floor — coordinating between global production teams, U.S. vendors, and show organizers to ensure everything lands perfectly. You’ll be the bridge between client expectations, global production workflows, and U.S. show realities — managing timelines, technical drawings, freight, and on-site operations end to end. Key Responsibilities Manage projects through their full lifecycle — kickoff, planning, execution, and close-out. Coordinate with internal teams in Asia and Europe for design, production, and logistics. Handle U.S. show services — electrical, rigging, internet, labor, and drayage coordination. Plan asset and product movement — crating, advance warehouse logistics, and return freight. Supervise pre-site build-ups , material handling, and on-site installation schedules. Work directly with U.S. vendors, freight forwarders, and general contractors . Lead client communication and reporting , ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Navigate high-pressure crunch periods and overlapping show schedules with calm efficiency. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in U.S. trade show, exhibit, or event project management . In-depth understanding of show services, freight logistics, marshaling yards, and labor management. Proven experience managing multiple builds across major U.S. shows. Excellent coordination and communication skills across global teams and time zones. Strong problem-solving ability — calm, clear, and decisive during live builds. Willingness to travel to major show locations (Atlanta, DC, Vegas, Anaheim, Orlando, etc.). Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: Remote
