Position Overview: We are looking for an organized, experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will run commercial and multi-unit residential mechanical projects, including plumbing, HVAC, sheet metal, refrigeration, and gas, from contract award through closeout. You should have a strong mechanical background, be good at keeping budgets and schedules on track, and be able to build solid relationships with clients, general contractors, and our field crews. What We Offer Competitive salary Down to earth inclusive company culture Benefits package Company vehicle, phone, and laptop Room to grow with a growing company Qualifications/Responsibilities Proven experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in the mechanical/construction industry, with at least 5 years in the field Trade background (Red Seal Plumbing, HVAC/R, or Sheet Metal) considered a strong asset Manage projects from award to closeout, including budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and job forecasting Prepare and track submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and progress billing Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and other trades Plan manpower and material procurement together with site foremen Attend site meetings and run regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety Read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents Working knowledge of the Manitoba Building, Plumbing, and Gas codes Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines Ability to manage several projects at once in a fast-paced environment Clear communication, both verbal and written, and a professional manner with clients and colleagues Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year Benefits: Company events Dental care Extended health care Life insurance Vision care Work Location: In person
