Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards Develop comprehensive project schedules Coordinate with design teams to review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for accuracy and feasibility Manage project budgets by tracking costs, preparing estimates, and implementing cost control measures Oversee procurement processes including contracts, subcontractor management, and material sourcing Ensure construction site safety compliance by adhering to all relevant regulations and conducting regular site inspections Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery Qualifications Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong track record of success Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam Solid understanding of construction estimating, scheduling, cost management, and regulatory compliance processes Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints accurately Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines Knowledge of construction safety standards and experience ensuring regulatory compliance on-site Construction site experience is highly preferred along Join us to lead transformative projects that shape communities!
