Ensure accurate processing, validation, and execution of customer orders. Monitor order backlog and proactively manage delivery commitments. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to establish realistic customer delivery dates. Resolve order-related issues, escalations, and customer concerns. Develop and maintain order prioritization processes aligned with company objectives. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and customer specifications. Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field. Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred. 7+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, production planning, operations planning, or order management. 3+ years of leadership experience managing planning or customer order management teams. Strong ERP and MRP system knowledge. Experience with Power BI, or similar reporting tools preferred. Understanding of production scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
