Project Management & Operations Intern

This is a behind-the-scenes, operations-focused role where you’ll work closely with our Operations Team, support real projects, and help keep jobs running smoothly. You’ll gain experience in scheduling, job pricing, invoicing, and strategic initiatives — all with training and mentorship provided.

- Earn $20–$25/hour
- Work 12–24 hours per week during the semester (flexible scheduling)
- In-person to start, with hybrid/remote flexibility over time
- Full-time hours over the summer
- Internship runs through August with opportunities to extend

What You’ll Do:

• Manage client scheduling and job logistics
• Track job costing using project management software
• Prepare and send invoices
• Assist with accounts receivable and audit client payments
• Support implementation of strategic and operational initiatives
• Shadow the Project Managers to learn project workflows and basic sales processes
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate project records

What You Need:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with spreadsheets, software, and data entry
• Interest in operations, project management, or business
• Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work part time hours during the semester (12–24 hours/week), and full time hours during the summer 
• Willingness to work primarily in office
