Project Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Process Engineer responsible for managing internal logistics processes at manufacturing sites. Key Duties Include Developing and coordinating process improvements for material handling and logistics, collaborating with production and third-party logistics providers. Designing layouts, manpower planning, and supporting new model packaging initiatives. Leading complex projects with budgets exceeding $250,000, including SAP development, project evaluations, and stakeholder presentations. Analyzing process costs, resolving production issues, and supporting strategic planning within the Operations Department. Utilizing engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, and Excel for process analysis and work balancing. Qualifications And Skills Include Engineering degree or relevant experience, with at least 5 years in an engineering role. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of warehouse management functions. This role requires independent decision-making, process evaluation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in an open office environment. Additional responsibilities include managing project costs and resolving production issues.
