Project Expediter/ Crew driver

Duties Safely operate company vehicles to transport crew members, materials, and equipment to and from construction sites Assist in coordinating deliveries of supplies, tools, and materials according to project schedules using construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera, or HeavyBid Support project teams by ensuring timely movement of personnel and resources across multiple sites Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and driver hours using Microsoft Office tools and construction scheduling software Communicate effectively with site supervisors, project managers, and vendors to streamline logistics and resolve any delivery or scheduling issues Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and proper maintenance Assist with general site activities as needed to support project progress and safety protocols Skills Proven experience in construction site operations or related roles with strong knowledge of construction industry practices Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, or Civil engineering project management tools Skilled in construction estimating, project scheduling, and cost management techniques Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel data analysis for tracking deliveries and schedules Ability to read and interpret construction plans and schedules accurately Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures and vehicle operation regulations Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams across multiple projects Analysis skills for troubleshooting logistical issues and optimizing delivery workflows Knowledge of contracts related to transportation services and project scope This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in construction logistics while supporting impactful projects.
