You will connect technical execution with business results—delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectations. What You’ll Do Lead and develop your team: Assign projects, balance workloads and resources, coach engineers, and oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Own launch execution: Coordinate cross-functional teams from project definition through production release and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) approval. Keep projects on track: Develop integrated schedules, monitor milestones and budgets, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when timing, cost, quality, or performance varies from plan. Guide technical decisions: Support equipment, tooling, automation, fixtures, process capability, and design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA). Drive production readiness: Oversee applicable equipment design, procurement, build, delivery, installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities. Connect engineering and business priorities: Partner with Sales and Estimating on requests for quotation (RFQs), manufacturing concepts, capital requirements, technical solutions, and launch assumptions.
