Project Engineer / Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, manage teams, ensure regulatory compliance, apply knowledge of industry standards and specifications for steel contractors, create accurate takeoffsand deliver projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, and cost control will drive project success while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage impactful projects that shape communities and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Apply knowledge of industry standards and specs for structural steel contractors Perform accurate takeoffs and bid proposals Coordinate shop drawings with foreman for fabrication Communicate effectively with field crew throughout erection Material procurement and delivery schedules Collaborate on bidding and project budgeting Manage project documents including Change Orders, RFI's, PO's, and MTR's Communicate and coordinate effectively with teammates, customers, and suppliers Experience/Qualifications 3-5 yrs as a PE/PM in the structural steel industry Experience in both residential and commercial construction Strong organization and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Proficiency with Bluebeam and MS Office a plus Bilingual Spanish/English a plus, but not required Join us to lead transformative projects that make a lasting impact!
