Project Coordinator, Technical Program Management

The Project Coordinator supports the Technical Program Management (TPM) function by providing structured coordination, scheduling support, and administrative delivery across active AI infrastructure and HPC deployment programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, detail-oriented environments and wants to grow within a technical program delivery team. Reporting to the Director, Technical Program Management, the Project Coordinator, Technical Program Management is responsible for: Maintain and update project schedules, action logs, risk registers, and status trackers across active programs Coordinate meetings — prepare agendas, capture minutes, distribute action items, and follow up on outstanding items Manage project documentation on SharePoint — naming conventions, version control, and folder structure Track vendor and procurement milestones and flag delivery risks to the program team Prepare weekly status update decks and program summaries for leadership review Support onboarding of new team members and coordinate site access logistics across Canadian operations Assist the Scheduler with milestone data entry, cross-program tracking, and schedule updates Required 2+ years in a project coordinator or administrative delivery role Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 — Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment Preferred Experience supporting infrastructure, data center, or technology deployment programs Familiarity with Jira, Monday.com, MS Project, or Smartsheet CAPM or working toward PMP certification Experience supporting multi-site or multi-vendor delivery environments At IREN, we offer a comprehensive, market-competitive total rewards package designed to support employees’ well-being, career advancement, and financial wealth. Compensation The expected base salary for this role starts at $70,000 Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market data for the region. Total Compensation package may be inclusive of annual incentive bonus, and equity (long-term incentive).
