Project Coordinator - Medical Device/Supply Chain

We are seeking a mid-level Project Coordinator to support two medical device projects with complex networks of components, suppliers, and manufacturers. Working closely with the overall Project Manager, this person will coordinate supply chain and production activities, maintain project schedules, and help keep deliverables on track. This role supports activities spanning product launch, verification, and production readiness. The ideal candidate brings medical device project coordination experience, a strong understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to turn complex information into clear trackers and timelines. Responsibilities Partner with the Project Manager to coordinate supply chain and production workstreams across two projects. Create and maintain project trackers, timelines, and Gantt charts using Microsoft Project. Track subcomponents, finished goods, supplier deliverables, and manufacturing milestones. Coordinate schedules and dependencies supporting product launches, verification activities, and production readiness. Gather updates from stakeholders, identify schedule risks, and escalate issues to the Project Manager. Maintain clear project documentation and follow up on action items to support timely completion of deliverables. Take ownership of assigned coordination activities to expand the Project Manager’s capacity. Required Qualifications Mid-level project coordination or project management experience within the medical device industry. Experience supporting supply chain activities and coordinating multiple components, suppliers, or manufacturers. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, including developing and maintaining schedules and Gantt charts. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills. Ability to manage competing priorities while working collaboratively with a Project Manager and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience. Experience using Power BI for reporting and project visibility. Availability to work onsite 1 day per week in Raynham, MA - if too far away from the site and qualified, remote is fine (EST preferred).
