Project Coordinator

We are a growing structural steel and miscellaneous metals company seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel fabrication and erection projects and be capable of managing projects from award through completion. Responsibilities Manage structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects from start to finish. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements. Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, general contractors, suppliers, and field crews. Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and change orders. Manage material procurement and fabrication schedules. Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates. Identify and resolve project issues proactively. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Support estimating and project handoff processes when required. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in the structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals industry. Strong understanding of steel fabrication, shop drawings, and erection processes. Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
