Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator - Construction Coordinator to join our team and drive the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring that all phases of construction are coordinated efficiently and effectively. Your energetic approach and keen organizational skills will help maintain project momentum, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional results. Duties Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to facilitate accurate planning and execution of construction activities. Coordinate procurement processes, including construction estimating and sourcing materials through platforms like ProCore, ensuring timely delivery of supplies. Utilize Bluebeam and Civil 3D for document review, markups, and site layout planning to support accurate construction workflows. Assist in tracking project progress, updating schedules, and managing change orders to keep projects on track within budget and timeline constraints. Facilitate communication among all stakeholders by preparing reports, meeting minutes, and status updates; ensure clear documentation of project milestones. Support site teams by managing daily logistics, safety compliance documentation, and resolving issues promptly to minimize delays. Experience Proven experience in construction coordination or project management within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and site operations. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid or similar tools. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence. Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working on civil or heavy infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
