Position Overview We are seeking a Project Coordinator in our Calgary office to support our project management team in planning and executing a variety of exciting masonry projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their construction management career to gain experience within a supportive and growth-focused environment. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist with compliance, scheduling, document control, and communication between field and office teams. You will also contribute to maintaining timelines, safety standards, and quality assurance on-site. Key Responsibilities: Assist with compliance documentation and project start-up tasks Help coordinate project schedules and timelines Support cost control and procurement tracking efforts Review and assist with shop drawings and submittals Participate in safety planning and reporting Facilitate internal and external communications related to project progress Attend site visits and meetings to support project oversight Assist in maintaining documentation and digital filing systems Skills, Abilities and Experience: An understanding of project coordination and construction processes and systems The ability to read, understand and interpret technical construction drawings and specifications The ability to plan, develop and monitor project schedules Build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with General Contractors and other project stakeholders The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks on concurrently running projects Ability to complete projects on time and on budget Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear verbal and written communication skills Capable of working both independently and as part of a team Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Shares our values of Safety, Innovation, Integrity, Effectiveness, Teamwork and Fun Training/Education: A recent graduate of the Construction Engineering Technology Diploma or Architectural Technology Diploma Hands on construction or masonry experience is an asset BIM and/or REVIT experience is an asset Position Specifics: This position is available to start immediately.
