Project Coordinator

Prolium Industries is currently seeking a motivated Project Coordinator on full-time basis to join our team of professionals based out of Airdrie, AB . Prolium Industries is a Canadian leader in Above Ground Storage Tank construction, repair, maintenance, inspection, and engineering services. With projects spanning from British Columbia to Newfoundland and a strong operational presence throughout Alberta, we continue to grow our reputation for delivering safe, high-quality solutions to clients across the energy, industrial, and resource sectors. This position combines project coordination and technical design responsibilities. The successful candidate will support project execution through planning, scheduling, client and vendor coordination, and project documentation while also contributing to the development of 3D models, technical drawings, and engineering deliverables using Autodesk Inventor. Why work for us Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits program Career growth opportunities within a growing Canadian company Exposure to large-scale industrial and energy projects Collaborative and supportive team environment Safety-focused culture where employees come first Opportunity to work with experienced industry professionals Stable, long-term employment with a growing organization Project Coordination Responsibilities Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of projects Coordinate vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal resources Track project progress, action items, deliverables, and documentation Assist with client communications and project reporting Support procurement, logistics, and project close-out activities Technical Design Responsibilities Develop and maintain 3D models using Autodesk Inventor Produce detailed fabrication and construction drawings Support estimating, engineering, and operations teams with technical deliverables Assist with design solutions for above ground storage tank repairs and maintenance projects Required Qualifications 2+ years experience in the Construction / Oil & Gas industry Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or a related Engineering discipline. Equivalent combinations of technical education and relevant industry experience may be considered. Proven working experience in projects as a Project Coordinator Candidates must possess strong Autodesk Inventor skills, including the ability to develop 3D models and detailed technical drawings.
