Bluelime Technical ServicesProject Coordinator Location: Northern Ontario Work Arrangement: Onsite Relocation Assistance: Available Experience: Up to 7 years of relevant experience We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support electric utility projects across Northern Ontario. This role will work closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, contractors, field personnel, and utility stakeholders to coordinate project activities and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of electric utility projects Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, documentation, and project communications Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, consultants, and field teams Track project progress, milestones, budgets, and action items Assist with project reporting, meeting coordination, minutes, and follow-up activities Review and maintain project documentation, drawings, specifications, reports, and records Coordinate procurement, materials, equipment, and subcontractor requirements Support construction activities and coordinate with onsite construction teams Assist with change management, issue tracking, and resolution of project-related challenges Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with utility, safety, quality, and environmental requirements Communicate project updates and risks to project leadership and stakeholders Assist with contractor coordination, progress tracking, and performance monitoring Support project closeout, including documentation, turnover packages, and lessons learned Participate in site meetings, inspections, and field coordination as required Qualifications 2–7 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, construction coordination, or a related role Experience supporting electric utility, power, energy, infrastructure, or construction projects preferred Engineering degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred Construction experience and exposure to field-based project delivery strongly preferred Familiarity with transmission, distribution, substations, or other electrical utility infrastructure is an asset Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with project management or scheduling software is an asset Ability to work effectively with both office and field-based teams Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to project sites as required
