What You’ll Do Project Coordination (Primary Focus) Support the Project Manager with daily coordination of construction activities Manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, reports, schedules) Coordinate with BC Ferries, subcontractors, and suppliers Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items Assist with procurement and logistics Safety / CSO Responsibilities (Optional) Act as on-site Construction Safety Officer, if required Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations Lead safety orientations and toolbox talks Maintain safety documentation and reporting What You Bring Experience in construction project coordination (civil, marine, or infrastructure preferred) Exposure to or interest in site safety Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Company events Dental care Disability insurance Employee assistance program Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off Profit sharing RRSP match Vision care Application question(s): Please include your email address here.
