Job Summary The Project Coordinator 1 is an entry level role that ensures efficient business customer order fulfillment and implementation by coordinating necessary resources and managing construction schedules. They Project Coordinator 1 communicates with stakeholders and adheres to strict timelines. The job supports field services within established guidelines and under direct supervision. The Project Coordinator 1 is a hybrid role that will be based either in the Comcast Business Naperville office (1415 W Diehl Rd. Naperville, IL 60563) or the Comcast Business Denver office (8000 E Iliff Ave. Denver, CO 80231) four-days per week. Job Description Core Responsibilities: Coordinates implementation timelines for multiple Comcast Business customers across the US, ensuring deliverables are approved and portal-uploaded within the designated 24-hour timeframe. Updates project statuses hourly, strictly adhering to client-dictated scheduling deadlines. Conducts preparatory confirmation calls with field technicians to ensure punctuality and readiness for service. Informs management and clients of project statuses and escalates change requests through the approved process. Escalates field operational issues to management for immediate attention and resolution. Meets KPI objectives by maintaining productivity standards and timely task completion. Manages material procurement and delivery logistics, including accurate purchase order creation in compliance with purchasing policies. Assists with the coordination of field service operations, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to established protocols. Cross collaborates with field technicians, customers, leads, and project managers to ensure successful implementations. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
