Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with manufacturing needs, focusing on cost savings, quality improvement, and supplier reliability. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely purchasing of materials and components. Lead vendor negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules while fostering strong supplier partnerships. Oversee vendor management activities, including performance evaluations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align procurement plans with production schedules using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools. Drive sourcing activities for new products or materials by conducting market research and supplier assessments. Monitor supply chain performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Skills Proven ability in vendor management, negotiation, and establishing strategic supplier relationships. Expertise in pricing strategies, cost analysis, and procurement best practices. Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms. Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
