Title: Program Manager, Procurement (COE/ Tech) Duration: 12 Months Location: Nashville, TN / New York City, NY / Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Onsite Pay Rate: $80.00 - $80.00/Hr Overview: TekWissen is a global workforce management provider headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan that offers strategic talent solutions to our clients world-wide. Responsibilities: • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across diverse categories, facilitating end-to-end procurement processes from opportunity identification through contract execution and supplier optimization. • Projects may include both category-specific (e.g., Marketing, Production, Technology, Professional Services, etc.) and cross-category initiatives. The Key focus for this role will be COE and Tech. • Work with senior leaders across departments, including finance, legal, and operations • Align procurement priorities. • Ensure transparency and build consensus. • Build relationships across the organization: This will help expedite procurement initiatives. It will also offer service and support to your colleagues in the business. • Exposure to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and BU leads. • Create measurable value by reducing costs. • Work with suppliers and manage demand. • Make sure operations are proficient and lead to sustainable savings. • Enable data-driven decision making by analyzing complex data sets, generating actionable insights and recommendations that inform and improve business outcomes. • Drive supplier risk management and compliance, safeguarding the organization's supply base and ensuring adherence to governance standards. • Foster innovation and continuous improvement within procurement practices, enabling agility and endurance in a dynamic business environment.. • Look for creative applications of technology / AI to improve processes. • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.. • Promote teamwork across different functions: This will help align procurement strategies with the business's overall goals.. • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, champion strategic initiatives, and deliver long-term value. Basic Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. · 8-10 years of procurement or supply chain experience. · Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders in complex, matrixed environments. · Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, contract negotiation, and/or vendor performance management. · Demonstrated data-driven, financial acumen, and modeling experience. · Demonstrated success operating with agility, prioritizing strategically, and delivering results in dynamic, ambiguous environments. · Strong cross functional communication skills TekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
