Trissential is hiring a Program Manager (Procure-to-Pay & Coupa) to join our client's team and lead the recovery, stabilization, and successful execution of a critical Coupa transformation initiative. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence executive stakeholders, restore program momentum, and guide the organization toward a successful deployment. What's in It for You? Lead a high-profile enterprise recovery initiative with significant business impact Partner with executive leadership, procurement teams, finance stakeholders, and technology partners Take ownership of program stabilization, governance, strategic planning, and execution excellence Make a measurable impact by identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and driving successful outcomes Work alongside experienced transformation professionals in a collaborative environment Gain visibility across procurement, finance, IT, and operational leadership teams Enjoy flexibility through a hybrid work model, with remote candidates also welcome Your Role & Responsibilities Assess the current state of the Procure-to-Pay and Coupa program and develop a comprehensive recovery strategy Identify program risks, gaps, delays, dependencies, and root causes impacting delivery success Create and execute detailed remediation plans to restore schedule, budget, scope, and stakeholder alignment Establish strong governance structures, executive reporting frameworks, and program controls Lead cross-functional teams spanning Procurement, Finance, IT, Operations, and third-party implementation partners Drive decision-making processes and facilitate stakeholder alignment across multiple business functions Manage program timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation activities Ensure successful delivery of Coupa implementation goals while minimizing business disruption Communicate program status, risks, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership Develop and execute risk mitigation and contingency planning strategies Support organizational readiness, change management, and adoption initiatives Lead post-recovery execution planning through deployment, stabilization, and transition activities Skills & Experience You Should Possess 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology, business transformation, or Procure-to-Pay programs Strong experience managing program recovery, turnaround, remediation, or transformation initiatives Deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay (S2P), procurement operations, and financial processes Significant experience with Coupa implementation, optimization, or transformation programs Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise environments Experience leading cross-functional teams in highly matrixed organizations Strong project and program management expertise, including governance, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and leadership skills Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution Bonus Points If You Have Experience recovering ERP, procurement, finance, or digital transformation programs Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Workday, Ariba, or other enterprise procurement platforms Experience managing consulting partners, systems integrators, and third-party vendors Background in organizational change management and business process optimization Experience supporting global or multi-region deployments Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies Education & Certifications You Need Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related …
