The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that programs are executed efficiently, objectives are met, and stakeholders are kept informed. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving project success through effective planning, execution, and reporting. Duties Develop comprehensive program plans that align with organizational goals and strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. Monitor program progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement solutions proactively. Facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and changes. Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and documentation to communicate program performance and outcomes. Manage resources effectively to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout the program lifecycle. Write clear, concise documentation, proposals, and communication materials to support program activities. Foster collaboration among team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to promote a cohesive working environment. Experience Proven experience in program or project management within a relevant industry. Strong writing skills demonstrated through professional documentation, reports, or communication materials. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and coordinate efforts across departments. Familiarity with project management tools and software. Qualifications Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop strategic solutions efficiently. Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain. At least 10 years managing Government contracts. At least 5 years of Army logistics experience. Expertise in FAR/DFARS, quality control, leadership, and management of a geographically dispersed workforce. Ability to satisfy and maintain the contract's Secret clearance and access requirements before performing work.
