Position Overview SRS Mission Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager – Army Supply Chain & Logistics to support an anticipated U.S. Army supply chain and logistics program at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The Program Manager will provide overall program and contract management and lead logistics and supply-chain support operations. The position will be responsible for overseeing personnel, performance, quality, safety, schedules, risk, operational continuity, Government customer coordination, reporting, staffing, and transition activities. The successful candidate must have substantial experience managing Government contracts and supporting U.S. Army logistics operations, as well as demonstrated experience leading geographically dispersed workforces. This is an on-site position at Redstone Arsenal. Qualified candidates throughout the United States who are willing to relocate to Huntsville are encouraged to apply. Required Qualifications * U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED * Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain * 10+ years of experience managing Government contracts * 5+ years of U.S. Army logistics experience * Demonstrated FAR/DFARS expertise * Demonstrated quality control experience * Demonstrated leadership experience, including management of geographically dispersed workforces * Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance preferred * Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance * Must be willing and able to work on-site at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama Key Responsibilities * Provide overall program and contract management * Lead Army logistics and supply-chain support operations * Oversee personnel, performance, quality, safety, schedules, risk, and continuity * Manage and coordinate geographically dispersed personnel * Maintain effective coordination with Government customers and stakeholders * Manage program reporting and performance visibility * Manage staffing and transition activities * Support workforce continuity throughout transition and contract execution * Identify and address program risks and operational issues * Maintain effective communication among program leadership, site leadership, personnel, and Government stakeholders Highly Desired Experience Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: * U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC) * U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) * Redstone Arsenal * Army supply-chain operations * Army logistics and sustainment * Multi-site logistics operations * DoW/Army logistics program management * Government contract transition and mobilization Compensation Target Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000 annually Final compensation will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, clearance status, contract requirements, and final employment terms.
