Position Summary: Program Manager – AV/EV Segment Location – Remote Travel – 25% Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Program Manager – AV/EV to join our rapidly growing Autonomous Vehicle (AV) and Electric Vehicle (EV) segment. The Program Manager is responsible for driving strategic and tactical initiatives across the AV/EV organization, supporting operational performance, customer programs, new market launches, and continuous improvement. This role works closely with AV/EV leadership, field operations, customers, and cross-functional teams to turn complex business needs into clear, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. This individual will manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, develop executive-level deliverables, analyze operational performance, and ensure critical programs move from strategy through execution. Support new customer launches, market expansions, fleet ramps, transitions, and new vehicle platform introductions from planning through stabilization. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action trackers. Partner with field Operations to identify performance gaps and implement scalable solutions across multiple markets and customers. Drive cross-functional execution across Operations, Recruiting, Training, Finance, HR, Safety, IT, Procurement, and other business functions. Develop customer and executive-facing presentations, business reviews, performance reporting, launch plans, and strategic recommendations. Analyze operational KPIs and business data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Manage complex customer requests and initiatives, balancing customer expectations with operational capabilities and business requirements. Establish repeatable processes and operating mechanisms that allow the AV/EV segment to scale efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and support escalations, business reviews, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Identify risks early, drive accountability for action items, and ensure commitments are completed across multiple workstreams. Support AV/EV leadership with special projects, strategic planning, and other high-priority segment initiatives. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field preferred. 5+ years of program, project, or operations management experience, preferably within automotive, fleet, transportation, technology, EV/AV, or another complex operational environment.
