As a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 2 ( Material Cost Management Analyst – Level 2 ), you will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. Ready to join forces with our visionary team? This individual will focus on cost management for manufacturing labor and/or material for a restricted program. This position is located in our Redondo Beach CA facility. In this job, you will: Work closely with fellow Program Cost Analysts (PCAs), Scheduling, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Manufacturing, and Global Supply Chain to perform business rhythm cycle of operational activities. Performed Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including labor headcount actuals versus plan, manage the performance measurement baseline (PMB), prepare change requests (CRs), develop and maintain quantifiable backup data percent complete for budgeted cost of work performed (BCWP), create visibility reports, perform analysis and documentation for estimates at complete (ETC). Perform analysis utilizing S/4 ERP views, visibility dashboards and PACE Software. Support meetings and reviews by Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 1+ years of relevant professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree. Experience with accounting, financial analysis or reporting. Experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with program team, stakeholders, and various customers. Requires an active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration. Defense industry experience. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and industry standards EIA 748 guidelines. Program Cost Control experience. Experience with S/4 ERP Grouping Pegging Distribution (GPD).
