Professional Services Sourcing Specialist

Our client, a major bank, is looking to hire a Professional Services Sourcing Specialist in Dallas, TX. Pay Rate Range: $85-90K yearly, based on experience Responsibilities: PROFESSIONAL SERVICES SOURCING I'm currently recruiting for a opportunity with a leading global financial services firm. This is a strong opportunity for a sourcing professional with 3–5 years of hands-on Professional Services Sourcing experience who has worked across RFPs, supplier negotiations, SOWs, spend analysis, and cost savings initiatives. What you'll be doing: • Lead and manage RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, including developing requirements and evaluation/scoring criteria • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with professional services suppliers • Analyze spend, pricing, market trends and supplier data to identify savings opportunities • Develop and execute cost reduction and cost avoidance strategies • Partner with internal business stakeholders to determine appropriate sourcing strategies and suppliers • Support sourcing pipeline, savings tracking, supplier optimization and contract management • Evaluate existing sourcing processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Present sourcing strategies, savings opportunities and recommendations to leadership Requirements: Ideal background: ✅ 3–5 years of Professional Services Sourcing / Strategic Sourcing experience ✅ Experience with SOW, Contract, T&M and/or Outsourced Managed Services engagements ✅ Strong RFP/RFQ/RFI and supplier negotiation experience ✅ Demonstrated experience driving cost savings and/or cost avoidance ✅ Strong spend analysis, financial modeling and reporting capabilities ✅ Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and influencing purchasing decisions ✅ Financial services experience strongly preferred ✅ Experience with tools such as Ariba, Fieldglass, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Business Objects or similar is a plus ⏳ Experience: 3–5 years relevant Professional Services Sourcing experience Client name will be disclosed to qualified candidates during the recruiting process.
