Compensation & Earning Potential
Crew Leaders (Drivers):
• $20–$25/hour (higher potential based on experience and performance)
• Training pay is lower; training duration ranges from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on individual progress
• Drivers also need to perform moving services*
Moving Specialists / Helpers:
• $18–$22/hour
• Additional income through tips
Tips:
• Average $1,000–$1,600+ per month
• Equivalent to approximately $6.25–$9/hour extra
Total Earning Potential:
• Crew Leaders can earn approximately $29–$34/hour including tips

Sign-On Bonus:
• $200 for Drivers
• Must remain employed for at least 6 months

Basic Requirements
• Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required)
• At least 18+ years old for helpers
• At least 23+ years old for drivers (6 months driving experience preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass background check and urinalysis drug screening
• Capable of lifting 100 lbs intermittently
• Strong customer service skills and willingness to learn
• Punctual, professional, and team-oriented
