Production Writer - Customer Service

Job Overview We are seeking a detailed-oriented and organized Production Order Writer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and managing clear, accurate, and complete production orders that guide our production plant operations. You will serve as a critical bridge between , sales, customer and production department. Will also carry a part on the customer service team, shipping and production. Duties Create and release accurate production work orders based on customer requirements and material availability. Ensure all production orders are compliant with internal standards and quality control procedures. Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to verify materials, equipment, and documentation are correct. Identify and resolve discrepancies in specifications or documentation before releasing work orders. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner. Assist shipping department with Freight and delivery appointments. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Familiarity with research techniques to gather information effectively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread documents accurately. Experience with word processing software and editing tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
