Preferred Requirements of Production Worker/Palletizer:
• Dependability to be consistently at work

and on time with ability to work overtime as required
• Fundamental listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Fundamental math skills including knowledge of fractions and decimals
• Basic measuring skills using tape measure and micrometers
• Finger and manual dexterity to perform job duties with standing and/or bending capability during normal phase duties
• Moderate to heavy Lifting capability (up to 65 lbs.)
• Team member mentality with ability to follow safety and standard operating procedures with a quality assurance mindset and adherence to proper PPE requirements.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
• Diligent attention to safety
Schedule of Production Worker/Palletizer:
Swing Shift
• 7 am to 3pm/3pm to 11pm
• 8 hour shifts
Night Shift
• 11 pm to 7 am
• 8 hour shifts
Compensation and Benefits of Production Worker/Palletizer:
