Duties Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials within the warehouse and production areas Assist in mechanical assembly using hand tools and measuring instruments, interpreting technical drawings and production documents Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting to support production line needs Follow safety standards in production environments, adhering to safety protocols at all times Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions to enhance productivity Manage inventory levels, organize storage spaces, and ensure accurate stock movement within the warehouse Collaborate with production teams to meet daily targets while maintaining quality control and safety compliance Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable Hands-on experience with assembly lines, mechanical assembly, and interpreting technical drawings or manufacturing documents Proficiency with measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation (certification preferred) Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and managing safety protocol adherence Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and manual handling tasks efficiently This role is designed for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a thriving manufacturing environment.
