This is a highly active and physically demanding role that requires the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, sorting and storing materials, managing inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining compliance with all company safety protocols. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Equipment Preparation & Receiving: Prepare rental equipment for outgoing orders and receive returned gear, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition. Loading/Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring all gear is handled with care to prevent damage. Inventory Management: Place gear in designated storage locations, perform inventory transactions, and maintain organized, orderly storage areas. Order Fulfillment: Follow job order priorities to pull gear for client orders, inspect for damage, and complete required job order documentation. Quality Assurance: Verify all completed orders for accuracy, completeness, and packaging quality. Report and resolve discrepancies as directed. Packing & Labeling: Properly pack gear for transport, label shipments accurately, and ensure products are organized for assigned jobs. Shipping & Logistics: Process shipping documentation, label outbound shipments, and load gear into the correct carrier trucks. Physical Inventory: Participate in scheduled inventory counts, reconciliation, and related tasks. Attendance is mandatory, which may require working outside normal business hours. Product & Location Maintenance: Organize, consolidate, clean, and maintain products and storage locations as assigned. Issue Reporting: Immediately report any product, labeling, location, or condition issues to a supervisor. Facility Upkeep: Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and presentable for clients and visitors. Material Handling: Achieve and maintain certification to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, operate equipment responsibly, and immediately report unsafe conditions to supervisors. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned, including the safe use of hand tools and power tools for equipment preparation and repair. Process Adherence: Follow company protocols for order processing, equipment maintenance, and repair. Position Requirements Flexibility to meet client needs and production schedules. Ability to show up to work on time and has the flexibility to work overtime. Willingness to jump in and help others as needed. Physical Requirements This role requires frequent and sustained physical activity in a warehouse environment, including: Mobility & Movement Stand and walk on concrete or hard surfaces for up to 8–10 hours per shift. Bend, stoop, and twist regularly to retrieve and position materials. Reach above shoulder and below waist level to access stored inventory. Lifting & Material Handling Lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently, and up to 75 lbs with assistance. Push and pull carts, pallet jacks, and equipment weighing up to 200 lbs.
