Production & Warehouse Supervisor Location: Bristol, PA | Full-time, On-site About Opus Lighting Opus Lighting manufactures architectural lighting products. We are a growing company focused on quality products, reliable delivery, and responsive service. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Production & Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily production, warehouse operations, and inventory control. This is a working supervisor role for someone who has already led people and managed day-to-day floor activities, and is eager to take on more responsibility as Opus grows. You will work alongside the team, keep materials and orders organized, and help move products efficiently from receiving through assembly and shipping. The right person has the potential to develop into a Production Manager or Operations Manager as the company expands. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily warehouse and production activities based on the established schedule and priorities. Assign tasks and provide day-to-day direction to warehouse and production employees while working alongside them. Receive, unload, verify, label, and put away incoming materials; maintain organized storage locations. Maintain accurate physical inventory and inventory control procedures, including material movement, storage locations, and regular inventory counts. Pick, prepare, and stage materials for production orders. Keep work moving through pre-production, subassembly, final assembly, inspection, packaging, and shipping. Confirm that the team has the correct materials, drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and order information. Identify material shortages, missing information, or production problems early and communicate them to leadership. Adjust daily task assignments as priorities or material availability change. Inspect and prepare completed orders for shipment, including labeling, palletizing, and coordinating parcel and LTL freight. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed. Keep the warehouse and production floor safe, clean, and organized. Work with purchasing, engineering, and leadership to resolve day-to-day issues and improve workflow. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or a related hands-on environment preferred. Prior experience leading or supervising employees in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment required. Working knowledge of receiving, inventory control, material handling, and shipping. Ability to stay organized, manage changing priorities, and follow through on tasks. Comfortable reading work orders and learning to use drawings, BOMs, and ERP systems. Experience in lighting, electrical products, electronics, or assembly manufacturing is a plus. Willingness to perform physical warehouse and production work as needed. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, organized person who has demonstrated the ability to lead people and get work done on the floor. You take initiative, communicate clearly, solve problems, and lead by example. This opportunity is designed for an ambitious, hands-on supervisor who wants to grow into a Production Manager or Operations Manager as Opus expands—not someone expecting a desk-based management role on day one. Equal Opportunity Opus Lighting is an equal opportunity employer. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
