Production & Warehouse Manager

Production & Warehouse Manager Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production & Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse and production operations. This position will be responsible for coordinating employees, managing inventory and materials, maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring that jobs are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse and production activities. Plan and coordinate production schedules based on project requirements. Coordinate picking, packing, staging, and preparation of materials for jobs. Assign daily tasks and supervise warehouse and production employees. Perform other operational duties as needed. Required Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in warehouse, production, manufacturing, construction, or a similar operational environment. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Cabinet, millwork, or woodworking experience. Warehouse management experience. Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
