Production/Warehouse Lead 3rd

In the absence of the Shift Supervisor: Communicate with on-duty Remedy Team Lead for staffing and production concerns. Meet team members at time clock and stay there until 10 minutes after the shift .Oversee all Remedy related operations while communicating with On-site Manager for all areas. Ensure production, safety, policies and procedures are being followed throughout shift. Make scheduling adjustments based on staffing numbers for the day and on an as-needed basis by checking production board Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of Remedy and the customer in the most professional manner possible. • Stand for entire shift • Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis • Maintain attention to detail to spot flawed or damaged product • Report on time and be ready to begin production at shift start times • Wear proper GMP as required by the site
