Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Production Warehouse & Delivery Crew Member, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and efficient delivery services. This energetic position involves handling materials, operating equipment, and delivering products safely to our valued customers. You will be the driving force behind timely deliveries, safe handling of goods, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Our Production Warehouse & Delivery Crew Member supports the full production process, from preparing orders in our Norwalk warehouse to delivering, setting up, and striking events at venues and private homes. RESPONSIBILITIES Organize the warehouse and clean, inspect, and maintain rental and production inventory. Prepare toolboxes, supplies, and equipment for upcoming jobs. Pull, check, pack, load, and unload event orders. Assist with basic wood prep, sanding, painting, and other production tasks. Drive company vehicles for deliveries, installations, pickups, and returns. Install and strike backdrops, rentals, and other event pieces, sometimes within a 1–2-hour installation window. Communicate professionally with clients and venue staff about loading access, setup locations, and strike logistics. Keep the warehouse, trucks, and work areas clean and ready for the next job. REQUIREMENTS Truck driving experience, a valid license appropriate for the vehicle, and a clean driving record. Comfortable driving a 20–24-foot box truck and a high-roof, long-wheelbase Ford Transit. Relevant hands-on experience in event production, warehouse work, deliveries, rentals, or a similar field. Ability to lift and move heavy inventory repeatedly, including items up to 50 pounds . Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, take direction, and collaborate with a team during time-sensitive installations. Ability to work efficiently under strict time frames, including event breakdowns that must be completed within 1–2 hours . A positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and willingness to take ownership of assigned work. Dependability, flexibility, and care when handling finished pieces or working in clients’ homes and venues. Reliable transportation to our Norwalk warehouse. SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION Work is assigned as needed, with a mix of weekday warehouse prep and event days that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Hours vary by event and are not guaranteed. Full workdays are paid at $20–$27 per hour based on experience; flat-rate pay for designated delivery days or projects will be discussed before the assignment.
