Production Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily production operations, ensuring equipment functionality, and maintaining safety standards within a fast-paced factory environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment on the assembly line to ensure smooth production flow. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical skills to assemble components and perform routine maintenance. Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished products within the facility. Conduct inspections of machinery and products to identify defects or issues, troubleshooting as needed. Assist with setup, changeovers, and adjustments of production lines to meet quality standards and production schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Support inventory management by accurately tracking materials and finished goods. Skills Proven experience in manufacturing or factory settings, with familiarity working on assembly lines. Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation, troubleshooting, and basic repairs. Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and safety protocols. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving operational issues. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for specific equipment use.
