Production Tech / Forklift Operator

Purpose To lead the safe and efficient production of quality material that meets customer requirements. Areas of Responsibility / Tasks Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below: 1. General Policy a) Compliance with Standard Operating Conditions (SOC) and Work Package Instructions. b) Move, load and package Raw and Finished Goods as required. c) Ensure quality sample collection, molding, lab testing & SPC data entry to determine product conformity. d) Complete box sheet correctly with box numbers, finished end temperatures, correct weights, and indicate whether the box is “Conforming” or “Non-Conforming”. e) Ensure that boxes are labelled correctly – Product ID, correct weights and any other customer requirements. f) Error-free, safe and timely change-overs. g) Keep a clean and safe work area. h) Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures. i) Operate a forklift in a safe manner at all times. j) Uphold the Ravago Code of Conduct standards. k) Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader. Must be able to regularly lift 55 lbs. 3. Repeatedly reach with hands and arms. 4. Climb straight incline ladders. 5. Have use of fingers and hands for packaging and writing. 6.
