Production Team Member (Shipping & Receiving Clerk)

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Team Member Shipping & Receiving Clerk specializing in managing the flow of product in and out of the warehouse. You will be an essential part of creating and delivering high-quality products to our clients. We are looking for a hard worker who is a team player and takes pride in their work. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will fuel your success as part of our production team. Schedule Work hours 7:30am - 4:00pm Break times: two 10 minute breaks (one in the am and one in the pm) Lunch: 30 minutes (12:00pm) **During the summertime we offer optional early schedule arrival due to heat (6:00am - 2:30pm) Environment Warehouse environment. Cold during the winter and hot during the summer. Primary Duties Inspect incoming and outgoing goods Pull and receive orders Pack and Ship Orders Operate Forklift, pallet jacks, hand trucks (when certified) Secondary Duties () Build products Run production machines Check products for good quality and remove broken parts Pack and label finished goods Keep work areas clean and free of debris, waste, and litter Follow all safety rules and wear safety gear when needed Requirements Must be proficient at the secondary duties High School Diploma or GED Ability to stand, walk or sit for long period of times Lift 50 Lbs Good teamwork and communication skills On-time and reliable attendance Willingness to learn new skills related to manufacturing and safety procedures Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
