As we gear up for our peak season and plan for 2027, we are looking to add another team member to our Production team. In this part-time role, you’ll work alongside our production and logistics teams to ensure that the warehouse is stocked and clean, our production queue is full and our customers receive high-quality, custom bikes ready to hit the trail. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include helping to maintain our warehouse and production space (receiving, restocking, lean/5S projects), picking customer orders, ensuring final quality control of customer bikes and orders, and packaging customer bikes for shipment. You can expect to learn the ins and outs of our products, our ERP and shipping systems, our assembly and warehousing processes as we continue to grow and scale here in Vancouver. This position will start part-time in 2026 and likely expand to full-time in the spring of 2027. A desire to work with a team, solve problems for our customers, and spread the Propain stoke is critical in this role. COMPANY OVERVIEW The Propain Bicycles brand was founded in 2006 and since 2012 has offered customized, consumer- direct bikes from of our headquarters in Vogt, Germany. After years of success in Europe, Propain launched in North America with the same unique model based out of our new headquarters in Vancouver, WA. As a team, our goal is to create the best bikes for us and our friends, and our continued growth is a testament to this fundamental. Our product range has expanded from our downhill origins and Propain now offers segment-leading bicycles for All Mountain, Enduro, Freeride and Downhill riding, as well as several e-bike models – all utilizing our proprietary Pro 10® suspension system and our user-customized online configurator. We even have a gravel bike now too, which we think is rad. All bikes are built from the frame up based upon customer specifications at our headquarters in Vogt and Vancouver. RESPONSIBILITIES · Receive, label, store and replenish frames and bicycle parts within our warehouse · Picking and stage customer orders for production, including pre-production assembly of suspension, wheels, tires, rotors and basic drivetrain items. · Provide final customer order quality control and complete orders for shipment in the Propain ERP system · Prepare and package customer bikes according to company guidelines and procedures · Ship orders within our ERP and UPS/FedEx systems · Assist in keeping our warehouse and production areas clean while supporting our lean/5S projects REQUIREMENTS · Ability to work fluidly with both production and logistics and continually improve processes · Desire to jump in where help is needed across all areas of production and operations · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work 7.5+ hours a day in a production environment · Familiarity with supply chain, ERP systems, part storage and picking preferred · A passion for bikes is required – professional hands-on assembly or repair experience preferred · Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and Teams preferred COMPENSATION & LOCATION · This is a full-time hourly position with compensation between $20 - $22/hr depending on experience. · Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO/sick pay and employee bike benefits available. · On-site part-time (24-32 hours per week) at our HQ in Vancouver, WA Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week Work Location: In person
