• Review and analyze capacity utilization
• Manage internal plant transfers of material and outsourcing activities
• Gather data to determine forecast adjustments
• Collaborate with manufacturing and planning teams to align schedules
• Review and analyze inventory levels and demand; establish replenishment plans
• Provide information to adjust schedules for unforeseen conditions
• Ensure incoming shipments comply with purchase orders
• Coordinate with production operations on finished goods requirements
• Handle basic to moderately complex issues
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications, Education & Experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in production scheduling or manufacturing
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills for planning, scheduling, and reporting across teams
• Solid working knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Teams, and Outlook
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Proactive, self‑motivated professional with strong problem‑solving abilities
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion
