ABOUT THE TEAM Anduril's Maritime Manufacturing Technology Team is responsible for rapidly developing and implementing manufacturing technologies, processes, and materials for cutting-edge defense hardware. The team is developing deployable static and moving surface, undersea and sea to air vehicles, and scaling these products in our new manufacturing facilities. ABOUT THE JOB As a Production Control Specialist on the Production Controls team, you will keep maritime products work moving. You will own the integrated schedule model across programs and shared resources, and keep it current as demand and capacity change for Anduril's advanced AI factory. This is a hands-on role helping solve manufacturing problems at scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build and maintain the integrated schedule model across programs, resources, and work centers. Integrate frequent changes to routings, resources, capacity, and priorities into the model. Sequence and prioritize jobs against finite capacity constraints. Identify schedule conflicts, infeasible sequences, and capacity shortfalls, with cause. Track schedule adherence and report variance. Resequence work within authorized limits as conditions change. Record decisions and open items in the shift handoff. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Trade, shipyard, or military production experience is equally qualifying. Production planning, scheduling, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations background. Critical chain, theory of constraints, or buffer management experience. Finite capacity or constraint-based scheduling experience preferred. Low volume, high mix, or engineered-to-order environment. Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities. Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Direct experience in maritime, naval, or aerospace defense, with knowledge of NAVSEA or MIL-SPEC standards. Experience with MES and ERP systems for production and material planning: working with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter (PLM), or Oracle or equivalents. Aurora scheduling system experience preferred. Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Technical foundation in mechanical assembly, electrical integration, heavy metal or composite fabrication, or shipbuilding or large vehicle production. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
