Key Responsibilities
Convert master schedules into daily and weekly production plans
Identify critical paths, constraints, variances, and delivery threats
Coordinate corrective actions across cross-functional operations teams
Communicate status updates, recovery plans, and capacity concerns
Maintain production control data, schedule changes, and completion dates
Requirements
Production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with bills of materials and manufacturing routings
Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of IFS considered an asset
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and five-plus years typically
Use production planning, forecasting, and ERP scheduling expertise to improve delivery reliability across Ultra Maritime’s manufacturing operations.
